Millions of people all over the world battle the nightmare of chronic disease which can leave you as helpless as a baby. It can take everything from you along with your health robbing your of your dignity, your mind, life savings and your future. The even sadder part of this is devastating chronic disease like heart disease, cancer and diabetes and dozens of others are really preventable.

In fact the World Health Organization has announced that 80 percent of all chronic disease that accounts for eight of the nine leading categories of death is preventable.

More and more people are becoming overweight and many are obese and many more barely have the energy they need to get through each day. Millions of others are suffering with debilitating diseases because they have gone against the laws of nature.

You do not have to be a victim and can protect yourself from even these killer diseases.
Negative health and lifestyle choices are massive contributors to the creation of chronic disease and there is a desperate need for people to start making wiser and more responsible health/lifestyle decisions for themselves and their families.

Six out of ten people do no proper exercise. By proper exercise it is meant that the major muscle groups are worked through their ranges of movement under a load so the body is told that they are still needed. Without sufficient muscular activity chemicals whisper to the body's cells to decay, degenerate and die.

It is so easy to do exactly the opposite and start a strength training program to give your body what it needs to stay healthy. When muscles are worked properly they stimulate the release of 'growth and repair' hormones that instruct all cells to renew, rebuild, repair and replace. This new tissue is younger, stronger and healthier sweeping out old worn out cells and tissue.

Recreational activities like walking, jogging or cycling only work muscles in partial ranges of movement at low levels of intensity so will not stimulate the release of these 'fitness' hormones. You need to do your proper exercise first and foremost before these 'fun' activities are done if you want the anti aging and weight loss benefits that a proper program of strength training can provide.

Today's society believes that health can be found in a pill and that is a very sad reality isn't it? As we continue to invest billions of dollars into drugs and research the decline in global health is epidemically on the rise every year, There is so much each of us can do to protect ourselves and staying strong is at the top of the list.

When your body is strong all of its systems are strong as well including the immune system disease proofing your body. The sooner you get started on your proper exercise program the sooner the risks of disease will become lower. Combine your exercise with a big reduction in refined and processed foods and eat more natural whole foods and you will be amour plating yourself against disease.
