By now you should understand the basic concept of generating traffic via search engine and article marketing. It is also very important that you understand that if you submit 20 articles per week, that the speed at which you progress will be significantly different than if you are writing and submitting only five articles per week. This is also applicable to the number of article directories in which you submit these articles. If you submit at least one article to a minimum of 100 article directories every single month, then you will notice a tremendous growth in the amount of traffic to your website. What is important here is the backlinks. The more articles you submit online, the higher your ranking will be; and the higher your ranking, the more traffic you will generate to your websites. The goal is to get into the top 10 page ranking for your desired keyword. If the competition for your desired key word is challenging, then you will have to submit more articles the more article directories. Now when you begin to list build, this is where you start to generate income. Now it will only work if you are generating sufficient traffic. If you create the best email campaigns and have the best list building techniques available to man but are not generating sufficient traffic to your website, then you will not generate enough income. Then this is why it is so important that you understand the concept of traffic building. It is important that you see progress in what you are doing. It's important that you notice progress in your efforts. I want you to start generating traffic and we will focus on list building so that you can make many times the traffic, but you must do things in the right order. So if you have a handle on your articles, if you are writing articles on a regular basis and submitting them to be right number of article directories each and every week then you are ready for list building. If you are writing articles and creating back links and traffic, if you are increasing the number of subscribers to your list, then you are ready to list build. But if nothing is happening to your list, if no one is signing up, then you need to go back to the beginning of your article marketing plan, and start again. Otherwise, you will be wasting your time and money if you continue this on without getting your traffic set up right. Once you have the article marketing strategy correct then you will be ready to learn how to build a lucrative email list, how to write emails that build relationships with your subscribers, and how to convert those subscribers into paying customers. In another article we will look at how to build sales pages that convert well which will allow you to generate an income from your subscriber list. You will be offering your subscribers products which are related to your particular niche. It is also a good idea if you learn how to create products that your subscribers want. Now, if you have never done this before, please do not be put off. It is quite a simple process. And once you have completed this for the first time, once you have created your own product, you will find it easier to do the next time. This will be a step-by-step process to creating a high-quality product that you can sell online and you will keep every single cent that you make. So once you have covered the article marketing aspect of internet marketing, once you are creating and submitting articles online, then you will be ready to move to the next level which is looking at list building, creating sales pages, and product creation, which will form the basis of your online marketing but it is vitally important that you continue to write your articles.
