1. Start by finding the keywords that are popular among your target audience. Doing this is easy with the help of several reliable keyword suggestion tools. Just key in the term that is closest to your niche and you'll be able to generate all the keywords and key phrases that were searched for by your prospects for the last couple of weeks. 2. Next step is to perform keyword analysis. This simply means knowing those keywords that are competitive and those that are not. For those who are just starting out, it's best if you target those terms that are not very competitive. You don't want to go up against a lot of internet marketers that are targeting the same niche as this will dramatically decrease your chances of getting your articles on the top 10 search page results. 3. After knowing the keywords that you're going to target, the next thing to do is to convert these to article topics. This is to make sure that you'll be able to offer your audience with the exact information that they're looking for. Keep in mind that keyword article writing isn't just all about impressing the search engines but impressing your audience as well. 4. After doing keyword research and analysis and after converting your keywords to interesting article topics, the next thing to do is to write your articles. Here is something that you need to bear in mind; Google will rank your articles higher if you make sure they will add to the overall experience of online users. So, ensure that your articles are well-written and informative. They must also be scannable, easy to understand, and unique. 5. Next step is to optimize your articles. Start by knowing the synonyms of the keywords that you're targeting. Using these words will help the search spiders in quickly analyzing your content. Place your main keywords on your titles. As much as possible, make them the first words that your readers will see. Then, insert them on each of your paragraphs preferably on your first or last sentences. Ensure that your keywords go well with your content. They must not sound like you just forced to include them in your articles otherwise, you will surely annoy your readers. 6 Keyword density. Next step is to calculate your articles' keyword density. There are some internet tools that you can use for this. However, you may also opt to do it manually. Just count the number of times that you used your keywords all throughout your content and ensure that they will not exceed 1-2% of your article word count. 7 End the process by reviewing your articles. Ensure that they are perfect and that your keywords are strategically placed where search spiders can easily locate them.
