There is a simple equation for weight loss. If you add the calories you eat and then subtract the calories you burn then it seems logical that if you have a positive number, you are eating more than you burn, then you gain weight. If you have a negative number, you are eating less than you are burning, then your body needs to make up the difference from burning stored fat. Calories Eaten Less Calories Burnt = Weight Lost or Weight Gained. That is only logical, Right? Then why doesn't it work? Why is it people who take on a rapid weight loss program that drops their calorie intake way below what they need each day only to find that they don't lose much weight, they also feel terrible and, normally, within a few weeks, they end up gaining back the little weight they did lose plus more? We ask "Why would anyone chose a weight control program that makes them put weight on?" It is really just a matter of understanding what you are doing. To lose weight you must give your body what it needs to function well. That means you need a rapid weight loss program that gives the following things: - protein, - carbohydrates, - fats, - vitamins, - minerals, - oils, - dietary fibre, - and botanical factors. Add to that sufficient clean water and you have the basics in place for a weight loss program that will actually work. A good program is one that that will build strength into your body, letting you build muscle at the same time that you lose fat. You want to lose that fat from the places where you want to lose it; your hips, your stomach, your bottom and thighs. Lose weight that will leave you looking better and feeling better. How can you find a rapid weight loss program that actually does this? Not with a super low calorie diet. Not with weight loss pills. Not with restricted food diet. Not with any diet that attacks your body by staving it of the nutrition it needs to function properly. An effective rapid weight loss program needs to support your body. Yes, you do need to restrict calories. Yes, you do need to reduce fats. Yes, you do need to eat healthy foods, But … You do not need to starve yourself. You do not need to go hungry. You can still have a meal with family and with friends. You can live a normal life. When you have chosen a program that gives your body everything it needs then you will find your metabolism improves. Your energy will improve. Your concentration levels will improve. You will feel better and best of all… when you lose the weight with a truly effective rapid weight loss program, one that keeps your nutrition in place, then you will lose it in the right places, you will look better, you will feel better and when you lose the weight then you can keep it off. So, do some research into healthy nutrition based rapid weight loss programs, find one that let you control what you eat while still keeping the nutrition factors you need. That way you can get your body to work with you rather than working against you. There are a number of ways to get the nutrition right but scientific studies are now telling us that with the deficiencies in the food we can buy in our supermarkets there is a need for supplements to add into our diet. If you chose to use a protein shake with some tablet supplements as the foundation of your rapid weight loss program then you have the best chance of getting the nutrition right. This will let you raise your metabolic rate, increase energy and feel great as you trim down.
