Growing up I use to love playing bingo, it was part of the holiday tradition when at the sea side! When I left school I got a part time job at Mecca Bingo - wow! I've never seen anything like it. The bingo hall was massive, packed with people through thick clouds of smoke who had brought their own picnics to snack on during breaks. I wanted to be the bingo caller but apparently it took years to be promoted to such a prestigious position. Years later, I saw a tv advert for Foxy Bingo and wondered what the online version would be like to play. The smoking ban had come in and I'd heard that bingo halls were suffering from lack of business and many people were now playing online. When I looked on google for the best bingo site to play, there were hundreds of them! I never realised how popular it was, and worse, I was missing out! So I figured I'd give it a go. I found an offer with sun bingo which doubled my first deposit so I decided to go with them. Signing up was easy, I picked a username and password, really easy for beginners. I registered my card details and deposited £10, and true to their word, it was immediately doubled to £20. I was ready to play! There was a big selection of games to play, all with different ticket prices and prize funds. I bought 10 tickets for 25p each. To start with I could have played free bingo but I just wanted to get started. It was a couple of minutes before the game began so I had a good look around the screen. My bingo cards were there with the numbers of players (I couldn't believe how many were playing, way more than in the bingo hall). There was also a chat wall where all the players can chat to each other. It was tricky to understand all of the bingo lingo but I could tell there were loads of people chatting who had chatted before, but most of them were good luck wishes to everyone playing. This was getting exciting! 3-2-1 and we were off! The bingo caller started to call the numbers quite quickly and they also came up on the screen. As a number came up which I had, it was automatically crossed off my playing card. I wasn't sure about this being automated at the start but very quickly I was glad of this feature because of all the other things going on. My playing cards were automatically moved around with the cards with the fewest numbers needed moving to the top. Just like in the bingo hall, there was a prize for one line, then two lines then a full house. This was great, what a buzz! I played a few rounds and won a few games, getting my money back on my first visit. I was a fan of online bingo! I play online bingo regularly but always make sure I keep my eye open for special offers and promotions as some of these are really good. I wanted to share my experience of online bingo so I launched a website which I add with all of the latest offers as these can be be tricky to find. Have a look and see what all the fuss is about!
