In this article I will explain several symptoms due to candida and also how to tackle it with the candida diet. What I am going to show you are symptoms such as ataxia, paresthesia, and peripheral neuropathy. Ataxia is an inability to coordinate voluntary muscle movements; unsteady movements and staggering gait. Peripheral neuropathy is a neurological disorder resulting from damage to the peripheral nerves. It may be caused by diseases of the nerves or as the result of systemic illnesses. Symptoms include: weakness, numbness, and parasthesia. Paresthesia is abnormal sensations, such as burning, tickling, pricking or tingling) and pain in the arms, hands, legs and/or feet. A 47-year-old man who has been diagnosed with candidiasis also experiences those three symptoms mentioned above. He has got a great doctor, an allergist that is the only one in his area that has handled many of diagnosis and treatment for candida. That doctor is confident that he can, in time, bring this to an end. The problem is for him, that this is starting to become very frustrating, a bit embarrassing, and depressing. He even has had to put his guitar playing and other musical interests. He is having a difficult time dressing, keyboarding, house and chores. At the moment, he is following his doctor's anti candida diet to the letter that includes Nystatin plus three courses of Diflucan and a host of nutritional supplements, including massive doses of Phosphatidyl Serine which has improved would kept the numbness and dexterity stuff level. Has anyone experienced any rapid onset and lingering neurological symptoms such as: Ataxia, Parasthesia, and/or Peripheral Neuropathy, too like this man? Anti-candida diet is one of the first things that anyone, including your doctor, would suggest you to do upon finding out that you suffer from candidiasis. There is a lot of books that give you many suggestions on what foods to prepare. One of them is a book called "Candida Related Complex," which lists the diet and a few recipes for you. Go search on the net to look for books that people are selling and find a few on recipes by Wm Crook and others for people who are doing the anti-candida diet. However, regardless what everybody writes in their books about the diet, you still really have to pay extra attention to your own body because sometimes you still can't handle some of the suggested foods. For example, even though chicken is allowed in the anti-candida diet, some people keep getting headache right after eating chicken, every time. It may not be a problem for other people. So, a smart way to control it is to add things back one at a time. For example, in the beginning you can go down to only four things that you know for sure your body can handle, and later you can add one more thing, so when you get a side effect, like a headache half an hour or so after eating it, you know that that additional food is not good for you.
