When you buy in to this area, you are not just getting a house for the money, but amazing views and easy and exclusive forms of relaxation that you just cannot get in other parts of Scottsdale, at least not to this extent. Throw into the mix the safety and security of the region, and you've got a natural place to live, invest, or both.
