Get your affairs in order Right off you will need a strong credit rating and a responsible history of taking care of your debts effectively. You do not have to be without debt. You must simply be capable of managing it. 3. A good offer Another reason why that agent is so important. They help you devise an offer that will get taken seriously, and will get seen ahead of most other offers.
