The most common problem with a lot of web articles these days is that they don't make any sense. I've seen a lot of copies that are just waste of my precious time. This is because a lot of article writers do not really care about giving their audience what they deserve; these people are just concern in using their articles to add keyword-power to their websites. If you're one of them, let me tell you that publishing senseless articles will not help you succeed in the online arena. So, start improving the quality of your articles. Here some suggestions that will help you to start improving the quality of your articles. 1. Go with topics that are recent and in-demand. First thing to do is to find a topic to discuss that is extremely interesting to your target audience. Do a keyword research or simply ask your readers to send in their topic requests. Go with topics that are relatively new and those that have direct impact to the lives of your readers. 2. Do your homework. Even if you're very familiar with your chosen topics, it's still recommended that you do your research. This is to make sure that you'll obtain the freshest, complete information that your readers are looking for. Aside from checking out RSS feeds, relevant blogs, and websites, it will also help if you interview experts in this particular niche. If needed, do some experiments and get first-hand experience. 3. Plan your content. Organize your materials before you start writing. You can do this by simply creating an outline that contains all the information that you're going to discuss in your copies. 4. Use enticing titles. You need to put your best foot forward and you need to be very creative when writing the titles for your articles. Don't be in a rush. Carefully pick the words that you're going to use. Ensure that they're powerful enough to turn the heads of your audience. They must also be persuasive enough to boost your open rate. 5. Always start strong. Give it your best shot when writing your first paragraph or your introduction. Remember, your audience will decide if they're going to read on based on your first couple of sentences. As you surely want these people to read your articles until the end, hook them by offering juiciest details or mind-boggling information upfront. The key here is to pique their curiosity and knowing how to keep them interested. 6. Deliver what you have promised. If you told your readers that they'll be empowered to solve their problems on their own by reading your articles, make sure that this will happen. Ensure that your article body contains everything that these people need to know in order to solve their pressing issues otherwise, you'll lose your chance of winning their trust and confidence. You don't want that to happen, right? 7. Relax. Before you tap on your keyboard, remind yourself that you're not writing for your English professor or to win a Pulitzer award. You're writing to help your peers over the internet. So, make your articles easy to understand and fun to read. Make them sound a little laid back by using friendly, conversational tone and by using lay man's terms.
